NOTE: -WEEKEND needs to be booked for a minimum of 2 nights, either Friday and Saturday OR Saturday and Sunday. -If you are looking forward to booking a Saturday, then Saturday needs to be clubbed with either Friday or Sunday. -You can book for one night on Friday or one night on Sunday.

• Living Room -A well-balanced modern interior design gives a clean and fresh look; the furniture is pushed against the walls, leaving floor space open and uncluttered to accommodate large groups comfortably. -The living room opens to the swimming pool and deck area. -The living room is not air-conditioned.
• Bedrooms -The villa has 5 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with attached washrooms.1 bedroom is on the ground floor. -2 bedrooms have one king-size bed each; 2 bedrooms have 2 king-size beds attached together; and 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed. -On bed sleeping accommodation is for 14-16 guests; extra mattresses are available.
  -The living room is equipped with a 65" smart satellite TV. -Music systems are available. One for the poolside and another in the living room. -Games at the villa: 8-Ball Pool, Table Tennis, Table Soccer, Foosball, Carrom and Chess. -Ambient light and a seat-out setup are on the terrace for your get-together. -Prior intimation and permission are to be obtained if DJ or live music is planned.
  Kitchen -The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 gas stoves, and a water purifier. -Ample crockery and glassware are available. -An ice box and an ice bucket are available. -The kitchen is fully functional; warming food and basic utilities are not charged
• Entertainment and Games
• We do provide meals at the property with extra cost; this is a per-day menu that includes 4 meals: lunch, hi-tea,dinner, and breakfast.
• The meals are prepared at the property by our well experienced chef. -If meals are to be cooked at the property by the guest or their cook, it's charged for the gas cylinder, kitchen utility, and cleaning: ₹.5,000/-per day upto15 people. -If meals are brought from outside, a cleaning charge is applied : ₹.1,000/-per day.
• Turf -Cricket and Football -The property has turf for cricket and football. Dimensions are 35 feet x 27 feet.
• -Note: There are no flood lights for the turf. Pool -The property has a private pool. Pool dimensions is 28 feet x 17 feet and a depth of 4 feet to 4.5 feet
• -Guests are advised to be cautious, especially with children.
• The depth of the baby pool is 2.5 feet. -The pool is open from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Activities -Guitar is available for music lovers. -Yoga mats are available.

Guest Interaction:

• Although the host is not physically present at the property, they are always accessible via call or message to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
• Additionally, a trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to address any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
• The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 9 PM, and if guests require assistance after 9 PM, an additional charge will be levied.
• However, please note that the caretaker will not be available after 11 PM.

Point of Contact:

• Once you reach the villa your dedicated point of contact will be the caretaker of your villa. He shall do your check-in along with other formalities as well as payment collection
•  If there are some issues that you are facing during your stay then please reach out to the manager, we will be sharing his number one day prior check-in date.
•  In case of any issue management and ground-level staff will coordinate & listen only to the person whose name is mentioned in the booking confirmation to avoid confusion

HOUSE RULES:

• Please be mindful and keep noise & music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Outdoor Music is allowed only till 10 PM.
• The check-in time is 1:30 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am early check-in and late check-out can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 8000 per hour.
• The staff will source the groceries every morning, before noon. Guests are requested to convey their requirements for the next day before 7 PM. Groceries will be charged as per actual.
• Housekeeping will ta.ke place every day between 9 AM - 9 PM. Linens will be changed every 2 days.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa and the balconies.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Guests are requested to refrain from moving any furniture.
• Kindly remove your footwear outside the villa to ensure cleanliness.
• Children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the game zone as a precaution.
• Children below 18 years are not allowed / only allowed with Parents.
• Bachelor groups & stag parties are allowed.
• During festivities like Holi and Diwali, the use of colors and bursting of crackers is not permitted.
• The trampoline is only accessible to children under the age of 15. Adult supervision is advised.
• Please note that a DCRW and a refundable deposit of ₹5000 per room will be collected before check-in.
• Kitchen cleaning charges 500 per night.
• Pool timings- 1.00 pm till 11.00 pm.
• Toiletries include towels,body wash,shampoo,conditioner,body lotion and a dental kit.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms but can be done in open areas.
• We do not serve alcohol but guests can their own.
• We do not allow cooking inside the villa but make exceptions for small children or senior citizens
• Check-in :- 1400 hours
• Check-out :- 1100 hours
• Cooking is not allowed inside the kitchen or the villa.You can order from outside and my staff will heat it up and serve it to you or you can opt for our meal plans.
• Loud music is permitted till 10:30 pm.
• Security deposit of INR 10,000.00 is required at the time of check-in which will be released when you check-out.
• Outside decorators and caterers are not allowed.

POLICIES

• children above the age of 8 will be charged the same full price as adults.
• 50% Advance at the time of Booking.
• Remaining 50% At least 24 hours before Check-in.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• No refund will be provided as your booking is confirmed
• In case of cancellation, the advance paid would be adjusted at a future date and the applicable tariff for the said future dates.
• No loud music to be played late at night after 10
• Swimming costumes are a must, using the pool in regular clothes is strictly prohibited.
