Guest Interaction: Although the host is not physically present at the property, they are always accessible via call or message to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Additionally, a trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to address any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 9 PM, and if guests require assistance after 9 PM, an additional charge will be levied. However, please note that the caretaker will not be available after 11 PM.

Point of Contact: Once you reach at villa your dedicated point of contact will be the caretaker of your villa. He shall do your check-in along with other formalities as well as payment collection
 If there are some issues that you are facing during your stay then please reach out to the manager, we will be sharing his number one day prior check-in date.
 In case of any issue management and ground-level staff will coordinate & listen only to the person whose name is mentioned in the booking confirmation to avoid confusion

HOUSE RULES

• A Disclaimer From Is To Be Signed At The Time Of Check In With Photo Id. (If Not Provided At The Time Of Booking.
• Any Damage To The Property Or Property Belongings Will Be Payable.
• A maximum of 10 People Will Be Allowed to Stay in Said Package. Above 10 People Per Person, Per Day Extra Charge.
• 50% Advance Payment Should Be Deposited In Bank Of Booking Confirmation. Balance Amount Need To Pay At Time Of Check In.
• Carry Your Toiletries and Towels With You.
• Children Below 5 Years Of Age Do Not Take Any Charges.
• Villa prices is Different on festival Holidays.
• Customer Have To Pay Security Deposit Of Rs. 5,000/- Which
• Will Be Refunded At The Time Of Check Out.
• Advance Will Not Be Refunded For Any Cancellation.
• Incase If Any Cancellation The Said Party Have To Inform 10 Days Prior Before Arrival Date. So The Said Party Will Be Given Credit Note By Sky Villas.
• The Tenant And Guests Are Not Permitted To Use The Property For illegal Or Immoral Purposes.
• The Use Of Drugs/Prostitution/Hookah Is Against The Law In India. If Any Guest is Found Using Drugs Or Indulging in Prostitution, They Shall Be Handed Over The Local Police And
• The Complaint Shall Be Lodged By The Management. They Will Not Be Entitled To Any Refund. If Caught With Drugs Or Indulging In Prostitution, illegal Action, Police involvement, or Court Affairs Will Be Purely Client/Guest Responsibility And the Company/Owners/Care Takers Of Sky Villas & Lifestyle Won't Be Responsible For Any Kind Of Legal Proceedings. The Sky Villa Shall Be At Liberty To Initiate Legal Action Against Such Guest And Also Claim Compensation And Damages
• Guests Should Follow the Rules Of the Swimming Pool Correctly. Please Ask The Manager About Pool Restrictions. Kids Are
• Always To Be Accompanied With Adults Inside The Pool.
• Outside DJ Or Commercial Music System Not Allowed Without Police Permission.
• Sky Villas Or Its Management Will Bear No Responsibility Whatsoever If Any Of The Guests/Tenant/Clients is Found To Be Indulging Into Any Sort Of illegal Activity, Fights Or Accidents. The Group Will Be Asked To Vacate The Villa Immediately And No Refunds Shall Be Provided. The Relevant Law Enforcement Department Will Be Informed.
• Suppose Any Criminal Offence Occurs Due To Negligence Of Any Guest Then Sky Villas and Lifestyle Will Not Be Liable For Said Activity And Also if The Name And Image Of The Owner Get Spoil Due To Any Criminal Activity Of The Guest Then The Owner Can Claim Compensation Damages From The Guest.
• If Any Accident Occurs Due To Negligence Of The Guest In The Premises, Then The Guest Will Only Be Responsible For The Consequences.
• Guest Is Liable To Take Care Of Their Valuable Belongings. Guests Are Particularly Requested To Lock The Door Of Their Rooms When Going Out Or Going To Bed. The Sky Villas Management Will Not In Any Way Whatsoever Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To The Guest's Belongings.
• Use Of Kitchen If Available Only For Light Cooking Such As Tea/Coffee, Maggie/Noodles Etc.
•  The Villa Manager/Villa Care Taker Will Be Available In The Villa
• From Morning 9:30 AM To Evening 8.30 PM
• The Fixtures, Furniture, Amenities, and Accessories That Has Been Provided are listed Separately As Annexure Herewith, And It Shall Be the Responsibility Of The Guest To The Use The Same With All Precaution, Any Misuse Of The Same Shall Be At No Responsibility Of The Sky Villas and Lifestyle And Damage If Caused These Inventories Shall Be Recoverable From Guest

POLICIES

• children above the age of 8 will be charged the same full price as adults.
• 50% Advance at the time of Booking.
• Remaining 50% At least 24 hours before Check-in.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• No refund will be provided as your booking is confirmed
• In case of cancellation, the advance paid would be adjusted at a future date, and the applicable tariff for the said future dates.
• No loud music to be played late at night after 10
• Swimming costumes are a must, using the pool in regular clothes is strictly prohibited
